I really enjoy reading your blog! I found it by googling acne hormones a while back.

I was wondering if you had mood issues along with the acne, and if they improved with your skin. Your pictures on your blog are amazing!(I'm almost 40 and still dealing with acne.) So I'm going to give your recommendations a try.

Do you still do primrose oil? I tried it before, but it seemed to make my hormonal symptoms worse, so I stopped.

Thanks... Kristy

By the way, I wanted to add that I love that you share the pictures and the brand names. It really helps!

Thank you so much Kristy I hope to encourage you in everyway possible. That is true, what works for one doesn't work for all. I don't use omegas ad much as i need before, not daily. Besides my diet, stress was also part of the reason for my acne. If a blemish appears now, says is the culprit. After my divorce, my skin cleared and healed considerably. I do all I possibly can to keep my stress level low. I find that blue cohosh helps as well fort balancing hormones and it doesn't have to be taken daily, weekly out bi weekly perhaps.

I think it is possible that you did not need primrose, just as my body does not tolerate Chia and the reaction is a break out. It takes trial and error but with Patience and research you will find what works best for u.
